Terms of Use

All rights reserved. No portion of this blog or website, including any text, photographs, patterns (excluding freebies), graphics, and artwork, may be reproduced or copied without written permission. This includes using images, patterns, or art from The Cute Cyclops to create other art or patterns from. All amigurumi patterns are copyright Alma Gabriela Baeza and are for personal and commercial use, as long as you credit me (Alma Gabriela Baeza/Gaby Baeza) or The Cute Cyclops. This only means you can sell the finished items resulting from my dolls, but you can not copy, reproduce, change, publish, sell, post or otherwise distribute the pattern itself.  Reselling or redistributing patterns in any way is prohibited unless prior written consent has been granted by the designer. It is common practice to destroy a printed working copy upon completion of a pattern.  Free patterns that are available to The Cute Cyclops VIP members may be not openly distributed and shared by any means, and may not be sold or used for commercial purposes. To invite others to become a VIP Cyclops Club member and access the free patterns, please share this sign-up link — http://www.thecutecyclops.com/spoiled

Refund Policy

As the patterns are a digital file and cannot be returned, refunds are unfortunately not accepted. If there is an issue with the file itself (the file is corrupted or there is an error in the pattern), please contact the designer immediately.

These policies help protect the work and designs that I have spent an entire lifetime developing the skills to create. With sharing sites like Pinterest becoming hugely popular, artist copyright infringement is unfortunately destroying the livelihood of many gifted artists (whether the infringement is intentional or not). Many customers are unaware of the incredible amount of copyright infringement that has resulted because of easy and free access to art and images online. These policies also help to protect my customers from purchasing fraudulent copies of my work. I am happy to answer any questions about any of the terms of use, please feel free to contact me here.
